Man Said "Don't Go" But God Said "Go" In November, 2000, we went to Kenya, East Africa, to tell people that God loves them and that He wants to give them Living Water. In our little village, there were 254 who accepted this Living Water. It wasn't until we went into the Serengeti and saw people dying because there was no water, and many were dying because of polluted water, that the Spirit of God told us we could help. We were to build a drilling rig. One that would be portable, easy to move around, yet powerful. The vision the Lord gave me was to drill water wells for the Maasai in Africa, but I didn't know how I would get to them. God prepared the way and prepared the people who were able to get me to where I needed to be. In November, 2002, I made another trip to East Africa and was able to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Maasai people. Many came to know the Lord. I was able to visit with geologists and inspect sites for water wells. Since I will be drilling hundreds of miles inland, my drilling rig had to be modified in order to drill much deeper where the good, clean water is located. This larger, more powerful drilling rig is complete and ready to be shipped. We have the truck to pull the rig and the containers to ship drilling equipment, truck, drilling supplies and well supplies. Presently, we are awaiting the go ahead from the African government to bring our equipment into their country. Also, shipping is very expensive and we are seeking additional funds for the project.
