| We go to our kitchen sink and turn on the faucet to get a drink of water. Without hesitation, the water starts to flow. We expect this to happen at once and all the time. We drink, set the glass down and never think how blessed we are.
John 4:15 tells of the woman at the well who asked Jesus to give her Living Water so she would not have to come to the well again. We are just like this woman. We are seeking the easy way of life. Very few are looking for the Living Water that comes from Jesus Christ, our Lord. Living Water is the living Spirit of God springing up from within us.
In May, 2005, in the village of Sih, down the Rio Coco River in Nicaragua, we completed our first well in a foreign country. PTL! What a wonderful, glorious blessing to be able to help others who are in great need. We were truly blessed by the Miskito Indian people who are in great need of clean, healthy drinking water. Food is, also, in short supply.
There are many missions in Nicaragua, but most of them stay within a 100 miles of the Managua area. We covet your prayers and financial support as we continue to be servants for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
